The focus of the match became taking Angle out of commission, as several guys ganged up on him. Dean and Hardy nearly got him over the top, but Angle was able to narrowly avoid elimination. Matt eliminated Sylvain. Matt’s focus then became the World’s Strongest Man, who the announcers were constantly putting over as a monster and the guy responsible for Batista’s injury. V1 attacked the big guy and eventually tried to catch him with the Twist of Fate, but Henry countered and dropped him over the top rope.
